GUARANTEE
Blairs Bullies guarantees bulldog puppy to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge, and has been examined by our veterinarian before leaving our home. For this health guarantee to become effective, puppy must receive a complete health physical by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery to Buyer. Failure to do so voids the Health Guarantee. If the veterinarian finds said puppy to have a life threatening condition, Buyer must inform Blairs Bullies the same day as diagnosis. Blairs Bullies will replace the puppy with another of the same sex and quality as soon as a comparable puppy becomes available. The Buyer has five days upon discovery of a life threatening condition to return the puppy and registration to the Seller. Failure to return the puppy to Seller within stated time frame is construed to reflect that the Buyer is satisfied with the puppy's health and absolves the Seller from any and all responsibility. All transportation expenses related to the original puppy as well as the replacement puppy is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Although a conscious effort is made by Blairs Bullies to breed and produce sound, healthy bulldogs, Buyer is aware and understands that due to the nature of this breed, bulldogs are predisposed to certain breed specific issues including cherry eye, stenotic nares, entropion/ectropion, loose hips, skin allergies and other common bulldog breed ailments. This guarantee excludes any breed specific issues that are considered normal or common for the bulldog breed. We do not breed dogs with undesirable conditions such as mange or bad hips, but we cannot guarantee that previous generations did not have these conditions in their lines. Therefore, we can not guarantee these conditions will not show up unbeknownst to us in future litters. It is also very important to have a veterinarian knowledgeable about the bulldog breed.
At time of purchase, puppy will be current on all wormings and vaccinations according to age. Buyer agrees to keep all vaccinations & wormings current, including rabies, and to provide regular heartworm preventative as prescribed by your veterinarian. Buyer also agrees to keep the puppy/dog in humane conditions, providing proper food, water and shelter. This guarantee will be completely null and void if said pup is used for any sort of illegal activity (i.e. dog fighting) or in any extreme sports (i.e. weight pulling), or is mistreated, abused or not taken care of.
We represent our puppies as being suitable as pets only. We make no claim that they are suited as breeding or show animals and we offer no compensation for circumstances or characteristics that limit the dog's ability to be bred or competitively shown.
Buyer attests to being at least 18 years of age and that this is a legal and binding contract between the Buyer and the Seller. This Contract/Guarantee is not transferable to any other party. Buyer agrees to pay any and all attorney, court and other fees incurred in settling any dispute.

DEPOSITS
A Puppy can be reserved and held with a minimum deposit of $500. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if the buyer defaults on the purchase of the puppy. Blairs Bullies will refund the full deposit only if puppy cannot be sold due to serious illness or death.
To hold a puppy, Buyer agrees to send an overnight priority U.S Postal Money Order, Paypal (with an additional 3% handling fee), or Wal-Mart money gram in the minimum amount of $500 within 72 hours. Puppy will be placed on "Hold" while awaiting the deposit. Once the deposit is received, said puppy will be marked and considered "Sold". If deposit is not received within 72 hours, puppy will be placed back up for sale. A signed and dated copy of this Contract/Guarantee must accompany the deposit within 72 hours or puppy will be put back up for sale.
EXTENDED CONGENITAL GUARANTEE
Blairs Bullies guarantees puppy to be free of any genetic/hereditary defects that cause death or serious impairment of vital functions which would prevent puppy from being a normal family pet before the age of one year. Upon discovery of a life threatening genetic/hereditary condition, full medical documentation, including radiographs and test results, must precede the return of the puppy. The documentation must explicitly and singularly identify that the cause of the puppy's condition is genetically related. This documentation will be evaluated by a veterinarian of the Seller's choosing to confirm and authenticate the results provided by the Buyer's veterinarian. The findings and opinions of the Seller's veterinarian are to be considered the final and ultimate opinion. Blairs Bullies does not agree to compensate the Buyer for any veterinarian expenses and does not offer cash refunds.
PAYMENT
Full payment of the puppy is due when the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age. Final payment must be a Cashier check, U.S. Postal money order, Wal-Mart money gram or Cash. Puppy WILL NOT be shipped until check has cleared the bank. Full payment, signed and dated Contract/Guarantee must be received by Blairs Bullies before shipping is scheduled.
SHIPPING
If buyer is unable to pick up their puppy in person, the puppy may be flown to a nearby airport anywhere in the continental USA pending airline restrictions. The price of air transportation is determined at the time of delivery based on the actual cost of air flight, gas, crate and health certificate. Ground transportation is another option for shipping. Buyer understands puppy may be predisposed to certain health conditions during shipping including viral & bacterial infections, kennel cough, Coccidia, Giardia, fleas and other parasites. Blairs Bullies is willing to assist Buyer in arranging puppy transportation but is not liable for puppy once it leaves our home.
REQUIREMENT
Blairs Bullies agrees to furnish the Buyer with the necessary health information, including all shots and worming records.
Blairs Bullies agrees to furnish the Buyer with the AKC registration application once it is received from the Registry. Buyer agrees to use the kennel name "Blairs Bullies" as the prefix in the registered name of the dog. If Buyers defaults in doing so, the entirety of this Contract/Guarantee will be null and void.
Buyer agrees to provide Blairs Bullies with pictures of the puppy that is being purchased. Buyer agrees to send updated and current pictures taken at least, but not limited to regular three month intervals from the date of receipt of the puppy until said puppy is at least one year of age. If Buyer defaults in doing so, this Contract /Guarantee provided by Blairs Bullies will be null and void.
